Make a submission on the Planning Scheme Amendment
The Planning Scheme Amendment needs to be approved by the Minister and legislative Council to allow the Level Crossing Removal Project to proceed with work in the designated area as poor the conditions contained in the Planning scheme amendment.
The Planning Scheme amendment and a Question and Answer document are available on the Level Crossing Removal Project website. This contains a survey form to fill in basic information, or you can do your own email, Word or PDF submission. LXRP need to provide a summary of all submissions when the Planning Scheme Amendment is submitted for approval to the Planning Minister.
Send the submission to: contact@levelcrossings.vic.gov.au with a subject line: Bell to Moreland Planning scheme amendment submission.
Submissions need to be submitted before 5pm Friday 2 August 2019.
